1.   CONGRATULATIONS to the LADY FALCON SOFTBALL TEAM for finishing their season with a 17-9 record!  The LADY FALCONS also received numerous conference, district and state awards that include 4 ALL CONFERENCE 1ST TEAM PLAYERS:  Madison Bryant, Allison Neeld, Melany Robbins and Morgan Rush.  In addition a SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS to Madison Bryant for making ALL STATE!  Madison is only the 2nd Graham softball player to receive All State!

2.   REMINDER:  RETURN ALL LIBRARY BOOKS ASAP.  The COST of any BOOK NOT RETURNED by the END of the SCHOOL YEAR will be ADDED to your SCHOOL FEES.          

3.   ALL LUNCH CHARGE BALANCES need to be PAID by FRIDAY (5/27).  Any OUTSTANDING LUNCH CHARGE BALANCE will be ADDED to your SCHOOL FEES.

4.   TIME IS RUNNING OUT!  ORDER your 2016 YEARBOOK NOW BEFORE it’s TOO LATE!  The LAST DAY to ORDER from the JOSTEN’S WEBSITE is FRIDAY (5/27).

5.   JUNIORS and SENIORS are INVITING STUDENTS and STAFF to WATCH the 1st ANNUAL JUNIORS vs. SENIORS POWDER PUFF FOOTBALL GAME TODAY (5/24) AFTER SCHOOL at 3:00.   WATCH the girls play better football than the guys and the guys show off their best cheerleading moves at NO COST. 

6.   SENIORS:  TODAY (5/24) you should have RECEIVED your SENIOR SIGN-OUT FORM in your 1ST PERIOD CLASS.  You need to FILL IN YOUR ENTIRE SCHEDULE and RETURN the COMPLETED FORM to the MAIN OFFICE BEFORE you LEAVE for the DAY.

7.   ATTENTION UNDERCLASSMEN:  Your FINAL EXAMS are THURSDAY (5/26) and FRIDAY (5/27).  Your ARRIVING LATE/LEAVING EARLY PERMISSION FORMS were SENT in the MAIL.  These COMPLETED FORMS need to be TURNED IN to the MAIN OFFICE BEFORE EXAM DAYS.  Only 1 COPY was SENT HOME.  EACH STUDENT will need to COMPLETE a FORM if you are able to arrive late or leave early.  EXTRA PERMISSION FORMS are AVAILABLE in the MAIN OFFICE.

8.   The HEALTHY LIVING CLASSES have put together a “HEALTHY RECIPES FOR FALCON FOODIES” COOKBOOK.  This cookbook includes recipes with less sugar, salt and fat while encouraging more fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your diet.  These COOKBOOKS are AVAILABLE for $5.00.  SEE Mrs. Jarzab OR Kaylynn Little if you would like one.

9.   APPLICATIONS for the CHAMPAIGN COUNTY FAIR QUEEN are AVAILABLE in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.

10. CONGRATULATIONS to this year’s WINNERS of the HIGH SCHOOL ART COMPETITION:  1st PLACE - #21 Catherine Craft’s Log Cabin oil painting; 2nd PLACE - #24 Paige Weaver’s scratchboard of a bear and 3rd PLACE - #131 OLIVER Lindemer’s car sculpture.  CONGRATULATIONS to ALL and THANKS to ALL who PARTICIPATED.

11. CONGRATULATIONS to Gage Thomas who won the HIGH JUMP EVENT at the DISTRICT TRACK MEET.  GOOD LUCK to Gage at REGIONAL COMPETITION at Lexington High School in Mansfield this SATURDAY MORNING at 11:30.
