1.   REMINDER:  There are NO MORE LUNCH CHARGES for the SCHOOL YEAR.  To see if you have a CURRENT LUNCH CHARGE BALANCE, CHECK with the LUNCH ROOM CASHIERS.  LUNCH CHARGE BALANCES should be PAID IN FULL BEFORE the end of the school year.  SENIORS:  CHECK your LUNCH ACCOUNT BALANCE and USE UP your BALANCE BEFORE your LAST DAY.

 2.   SENIORS:  Your LAST DAY is Wednesday, May 28.  SENIOR FINAL EXAMS are Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28.  These days are REGULAR SCHOOL DAYS.  There is NO arriving LATE or LEAVING EARLY.  UNDERCLASSMEN:  Your LAST DAY is Monday, June 2.  UNDERCLASSMEN FINAL EXAMS are Friday, May 30 and Monday, June 2. 

 3.   UNDERCLASSMEN:  Your ARRIVE LATE/LEAVE EARLY PERMISSION FORMS need to be TURNED IN by NEXT TUESDAY (5/27).  EXTRA COPIES are AVAILABLE in the MAIN OFFICE. 

 4.   The SENIOR VIDEO will AIR TODAY (5/23) BEGINNING 2ND PERIOD and run CONTINUOUSLY throughout the day.  If you wish to have it playing in your classroom, turn your TV to CHANNEL 107.  If you have questions, call Ms. Cromwell at extension 2230.

 5.   ATTENTION SENIORS:  CHECK your GRAHAM EMAIL ACCOUNT for an IMPORTANT MESSAGE about the SENIOR COOKOUT to be HELD FOLLOWING GRADUATION PRACTICE (6/5).

 6.   STUDENTS:  Be sure you DOWNLOAD and SAVE any COMPUTER DOCUMENTS that you wish to KEEP to a FLASH DRIVE BEFORE the LAST DAY of SCHOOL.

 7.   SENIORS:  Your GMAIL/GOOGLE ACCOUNT will be DISABLED June 13.

 8.   ATTENTION GIRLS INTERESTED IN PLAYING BASKETBALL NEXT SCHOOL YEAR:  There will be OPEN GYMS on MONDAY and FRIDAY EVENINGS from 6:30 to 8:00 at the MIDDLE SCHOOL.     SHOOTAROUNDS will be on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS AFTER SCHOOL in the HS MAIN GYM TOGETHER with the BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM.  If you have QUESTIONS, SEE Mr. Andrews.

 9.   If you have NOT turned in a LIBRARY BOOK, you need to RETURN THEM ASAP.  Any book NOT returned will be ADDED to your SCHOOL FEES as a FEE DUE for the COST of the BOOK.

 10. ATTENTION FIRST TEAM CBC ALL CONFERENCE SELECTIONS from FALL, WINTER and SPRING:  You will have your ANNUAL PICTURE taken NEXT Wednesday MORNING (5/28).  DRESS UP AND APPROPRIATELY.  You will be DISMISSED by PA to the ATHLETIC OFFICE for the picture.

 11. APPLICATIONS for the 2014 CHAMPAIGN COUNTY FAIR QUEEN are AVAILABLE in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.

 12. The voting is complete for this year’s art exhibit.  1st PLACE – Catherine Craft (“Still Life); 2nd PLACE – Sami Miller (reproduction of Grant Wood’s classic “Midnight Ride of Paul Revere”) and 3rd PLACE – Myra Slutz (reproduction of Thomas Hart Benton’s “The Ballad of the Jealous Lover of Lone Green Valley”).  CONGRATULATIONS to ALL and THANK YOU to students and staff for making this year’s exhibit great.
