1. ATTENTION ALL SENIORS:  This is your FINAL CALL for BOTH your BABY PICTURE and SENIOR PICTURE.  They MUST BE TURNED IN by FRIDAY (5/6) if you want your picture in the SENIOR TRIBUTE for the NEWSPAPER.  If you DO NOT SUBMIT a picture, your SCHOOL PICTURE taken on PICTURE DAY will be used for BOTH the YEARBOOK and the NEWSPAPER.  SEE Mrs. Merritt with QUESTIONS.

2.   PROM TICKETS will be on SALE DURING LUNCH PERIODS THRU WEDNESDAY (5/4).  WEDNESDAY (5/4) will be the LAST DAY TO PURCHASE your TICKETS.  There will be NO TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR.  TICKETS are $15 EACH.  STUDENTS that are NOT HERE DURING LUNCH PERIODS can PURCHASE TICKETS in the MAIN OFFICE.

3.   REMINDER:  AFTER-PROM TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE ALL WEEK DURING LUNCH PERIODS.  BE A PART OF AFTER-PROM.  TICKETS ARE $10.00 EACH.  There will be laser tag, wrecking ball, vertical rush and a money machine.  EVERY students that ATTENDS will WIN CASH and PRIZES.  NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD the NIGHT OF PROM to get into AFTER-PROM.        

4.   The Junior Class and Prom committee would like to recognize Sarah Henry as an Honorary Prom Court Member.  Sarah was elected to the Court but is unable to attend due to the National BPA Competition.  GOOD LUCK to ALL COMPETING BPA MEMBERS at NATIONALS in Boston.           

5.   FORMS to BRING A GUEST from ANOTHER SCHOOL to PROM are AVAILABLE DURING LUNCH PERIODS.  REMINDER:  COMPLETED FORMS are DUE BEFORE PROM!!

6.   OZARK LOLLIPOPS are BACK by popular demand.  They can be PURCHASED for $1.00 EACH DURING FLIGHT TIMES.

7.   CONGRATULATIONS to the following students who COMPETED at FCCLA STATE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE:  Earning STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS – Christopher Allen.  1st PLACE – Teach and Train:  Thomas Frost which QUALIFIES him for NATIONALS, 2nd PLACE – Interpersonal Communication:  Gabrielle Oxner and Andrie Rose which QUALIFIES them for NATIONALS and 3rd PLACE – Chapter in Review: Nathan Anderson and Kaylynn Little making them National Alternates.  The following received - GOLD:  Leadership – Kayla Tullis; Focus on Children – Christopher Allen, Cheyenne Huff and Destiny Russell and Outstanding Chapter – Emerald Bowers, Bryce Bowman and Robyn Riley; SILVER:  Advocacy – Andrie Rose, Food Innovations – Patrick Trace and Keara Westfall, Illustrated Talk – Dillion Fagan, Hailley Kendall and Lacie Smith, Life Event Planning – Courtney Floyd, Recycle and Redesign – Kerenna Owens and Sports Nutrition – Brendan Yates; BRONZE: Chapter Service – Brian Hays, Jacquelynn Washburn and Iris Wright and Focus on Children – Madison Gibson, Alyssa Gilreath and Cynthia Ramey.  CONGRATULATIONS to ALL MEMBERS who COMPETED and GOOD LUCK to those who will REPRESENT Graham FCCLA at NATIONALS in San Diego in July.

8.   If you have been on VACATION in the last year and have some great road trip PHOTOS, the YEARBOOK STAFF would like to DOCUMENT you and your travels!  SEND PICTURES to Mrs. Merritt and you MAY SEE them in the “Great Graham Road Trip 2016 Yearbook”!!  BE SURE YOU ARE PART OF THE SCENERY.

9.   THIS WEEK is “SPRING FEVER SPIRIT WEEK”!!!  TOMORROW:  Jorts’merica – jean shorts and patriotic shirts; WEDNESDAY:  Rapper Wednesday – Li’l Waynes and Li’l Kims; THURSDAY:  Twins Thursday – pick a friend to twin with and FRIDAY: College Friday – jerseys and hoodies for your favorite university.
