1.   If you are PLANNING to ATTEND the ACT BOOT CAMP on Monday, April 4, you NEED to SIGN UP and PAY the $49 FEE in the MAIN OFFICE TODAY (3/22).   

2.   ATTENTION FRESHMEN:  Be sure to TURN IN your YANKEE CANDLE ORDERS and MONEY TODAY (3/22) to Ms. Kelly.  STOP by her ROOM DURING 1ST, 2ND, 3RD or 4TH PERIOD or DURING 8TH PERIOD to TURN IN PAPERWORK. 

3.   ALL MEMBERS of the WRESTLING TEAM need to REPORT to the ATHLETIC BUILDING TODAY (3/22) AFTER SCHOOL at 3:00 for the TEAM PICTURE for the CHAMPIONSHIP PLAQUE.  DON’T FORGET your WHITE SOCKS and WRESTLING SHOES. 

4.   The FOLLOWING MEETINGS will take place NEXT WEEK:  SMD Wednesday (3/30) MORNING and NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY Thursday (3/31) MORNING.  BOTH MEETINGS will have BREAKFAST at 7:00 with the MEETING STARTING at 7:20.  REMEMBER your BREAKFAST ITEM to SHARE.

5.   The DELORIS ANN CAIN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is AVAILABLE in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.

6.   CONGRATULATIONS to the FFA TEAMS that COMPETED in Celina this PAST WEEKEND:  Ian and Racheal Lokai PLACED 1ST and 4TH as individuals out of 105 contestants in the DAIRY CATTLE CAREER DEVELOPMENT EVENT.  Other TEAMS that COMPETED were the WILDLIFE TEAM that PLACED 5TH and was led by Garrett Jordan who was the 3RD HIGH INDIVIDUAL out of 102 contestants.  The GENERAL LIVESTOCK TEAM PLACE 4TH and was paced by Matt Goddard who was 16TH  out of 230 contestants from 41 other schools.

7.   This past November, Devon Allen, a Graham graduate, was at Bowling Green State University where he suffered a traumatic brain injury and has undergone multiple surgeries, recoveries and therapies.  His medical expenses are significant and family and friends have put together a fundraising event.  Everyone is invited to the “Small Steps 5K” which will take place on Sunday afternoon, April 17, at 3:00 at the GYAA Baseball Park.  You can walk or run to show support for Devon and his family.  For more information, go to www.smallsteps5K.com.  Those that register by TODAY (3/22) will receive a free t-shirt.
