1.   The MEDIA CENTER will be CLOSED ALL WEEK from 9:30 to 11:30 for those students that need to finish their OGT.

 2.      SOPHOMORES:   FUNDRAISER PACKETS are DUE by NEXT WEEK on Friday, March 21.  The GOAL is to SELL 10 SPIRIT CUPS EACH.  SEE Ms. Cromwell if you have QUESTIONS.

 3.      STUDENTS INTERESTED in TRYING OUT for HS CHEERLEADING for NEXT SCHOOL YEAR can PICK UP TRYOUT PACKETS in the ATHLECTIC OFFICE or from Coach Manson.  TRYOUTS and CLINICS will be HELD the week of April 7.  SEE Coach Manson with QUESTIONS.

 4.      ATTENTION STUDENTS:  There are currently 4 days that need to be made up due to weather related calamity days.  School will now be IN SESSION the following days:  Monday, March 31, Tuesday, April 1, Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3.   DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

 5.      SENIORS!!!!!! The YEARBOOK STAFF NEEDS your SENIOR PICTURE and BABY PICTURE by Friday, March 28 – THIS IS AN EXTENTION.  Have your PHOTOGRAPHER EMAIL a DIGITAL COPY of your SENIOR PICTURE to Mr. Borchers.

 6.   If you are INTERESTED in the BALANCED MAN SCHOLARSHIP, SEE Mrs. Black in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.

 7.      ATTENTION PROM COMMITTEE MEMBERS:  There will be a MEETING NEXT WEEK on Thursday, March 20, AFTER SCHOOL in Ms. Manson’s ROOM to DISCUSS the FINAL DETAILS for Prom.  If you are NOT able to ATTEND or have QUESTIONS, SEE Ms. Manson.

 8.   Students, you should have received a letter in the mail with information about the ACT BOOT CAMP NEXT WEEK on Thursday, March 20, from 8:00 to 2:30 at the Champaign County ESC.  This CAMP is DESIGNED to HELP students IMPROVE their ACT SCORES.  Those INTERESTED need to REGISTER in the MAIN OFFICE and SUBMIT your $45.00 PAYMENT by TOMORROW, March 14. THIS IS A CHANGE OF DATE.  Make your CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE to GRAHAM HIGH SCHOOL.

 9.   GROUP PHOTOS for the YEARBOOK will be Wednesday, March 26, in the MAIN GYM.  CHECK the POSTINGS throughout the BUILDING for your GROUPS TIME.  Students need to REPORT to the MAIN GYM at the ASSIGNED TIME for your group.  You WILL NOT be RELEASED by PA.

 10. There will be a STUDENT SENATE MEETING TOMORROW (3/14) AFTER SCHOOL until 2:30 in Mrs. Lewis’s ROOM.  If you would like to be ELECTED PRESIDENT of STUDENT SENATE for NEXT SCHOOL YEAR, you MUST ATTEND the MEETING.

 11. The HS WINTER SPORTS AWARDS NIGHT is NEXT Tuesday (3/18) EVENING at 7:00 in the MAIN GYM.

 12.      ATTENTION STUDENTS:  If the ENTIRE SCHOOL DISTRICT is DELAYED ANY DAY THIS WEEK DUE to the WEATHER, there will be NO OGT TESTING on the DAY of the DELAY.  The OGT TEST that was to be given will MOVE to NEXT WEEK, BEGINNING with Monday.  The CALAMITY DELAY DAY will be a NORMAL 2 HOUR DELAY DAY.  ALL STUDENTS will need to be here by 9:35. 

 13. The following SCHOLARSHIPS are AVAILABLE in the GUIDANCE OFFICE:  The Matthew Stewart Scholarship and the Sprigg-Wing VFW Scholarship.

 14. The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SCHOLARSHIP, which is a scholarship FOR JUNIORS, is AVAILABLE in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.
