1.   The PSEOP/DUAL ENROLLMENT MEETING for NEXT SCHOOL YEAR is THURSDAY (2/19) EVENING at 7:00 in the CAFETERIA.  Your PARENT or GUARDIAN MUST ATTEND the MEETING with you.  You MUST ATTEND THIS MEETING if you PLAN to PARTICIPATE in PSEOP NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.   

 2.   MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW for MAY 2 and JOIN the JUNIOR CLASS who will be HOSTING the most spectacular PROM on earth UNDER THE BIG TOP! 

 3.   ATTENTION STUDENTS:  If you are planning on ATTENDING the Graham and Mechanicsburg BASKETBALL GAME TONIGHT (2/17), BRING 2 NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS to the game and get in FREE.

 4.   SMD MEMBERS will MEET TOMORROW (2/18) MORNING at 7:00 in Miss Heitman’s ROOM.

 5.   SENIOR PICTURES are DUE to the YEARBOOK STAFF by Friday (2/27) NEXT WEEK.  You can have your PHOTOGRAPHER EMAIL your PICTURE to Mr. Borchers.

 6.   CHEER TRYOUT PACKETS are AVAILABLE in the ATHLETIC OFFICE.  SIGN UP on the FORM when you PICK UP your PACKET.  CLINICS and TRYOUTS will be HELD the WEEK of March 9.  SEE Coach Moore if you have QUESTIONS.

 7.   REMINDER REGARDING MAKE-UP DAYS:  BEGINNING TODAY (2/17) ANY DAY (up to 2 days) THAT SCHOOL IS CLOSED BETWEEN TODAY (2/17) and Friday, March 27 WILL BE MADE UP the 1st 2 DAYS of SPRING BREAK – Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31.  If the NUMBER OF DAYS CLOSED IS MORE THAN 2, THOSE DAYS WILL BE MADE UP AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.

 8.   ATTENTION FRESHMEN STUDENTS:  TOMORROW (2/18) MORNING you NEED to REPORT DIRECTLY to your TESTING AREA.  DO NOT REPORT to your 1st PERIOD CLASS.  If we are on a 2-HOUR DELAY TOMORROW (2/18), we will STILL HAVE TESTING.

 9.   The SIGMA ALPHA SCHOLARSHIP is AVAILABLE in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.

 10. REMINDER:  TRACK CONDITIONING is in the WEIGHT ROOM on THURSDAYS at 5:00, FRIDAYS AFTER SCHOOL and SATURDAY MORNINGS at 10:00.  There is a SPIKE NIGHT at Can’t Stop Running in Piqua at 7:00 – CHECK WITH THE ATHLETIC OFFICE FOR THE DATE.
