2. REMINDER: Family and friends have put together a fundraising event for Devon Allen, a Graham graduate, who suffered a traumatic brain injury. Everyone is invited to the “Small Steps 5K” which will take place on Sunday afternoon, April 17, at 3:00 at the GYAA Baseball Park. You can walk or run to show support for Devon and his family. 3. If you are a SENIOR and you are looking for SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES and you PLAN to MAJOR in a BUSINESS RELATED FIELD, STOP by the GUIDANCE OFFICE for an APPLICATION for THE DAILY GRIND GOOD STEWARD SCHOLARSHIP. The DEADLINE to TURN IN your APPLICATION is Friday, April 22.

4. This is FFA WEEK: Agriculture is one of the US most important industries, employing more than 24 million workers or 17 percent of the country’s total work force. To CELEBRATE WEAR a HAT to SCHOOL THURSDAY (4/7). If you PLAN to WEAR a Hat, you MUST PURCHASE a STICKER. The STICKER MUST be DISPLAYED on your HAT. STICKERS will be SOLD TOMORROW (4/5) and WEDNESDAY (4/6) DURING LUNCH PERIODS for $1.00. ALL PROCEEDS will go to CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL.
